Coffee Roasters and Coffees are now separate entities. You can add a new roaster and then add coffees to it. They are also shared with the entire BrewMe community for use in their brew profiles.
Right now it is very tedious to add roasters and coffees, but this is how the community will grow and thrive!

Our signature espresso, Beartrap is a thoughtful blend of Central & South American coffees, both washed & natural process, to produce an elegant, rich espresso that is enjoyable both in milk based drinks as well as a straight espresso, developing from a rich, chocolatey-sweet first sip to a soft, clean finish.

This coffee represents a collective effort from diverse producers in Huila, Colombia. It showcases Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra varietals that have undergone a meticulous selection process in smaller lots at individual farms. After washing and drying, these smaller lots are cupped for quality control. If the smaller lots meet quality standards, they are combined into the final lot of coffee. This process takes place to uphold stringent quality standards. In the cup, we find a delightful sparkling acidity, evoking memories of crisp sparkling champagne. It’s an ideal coffee for daily enjoyment, and we trust you’ll agree!!

Grown by Anderson Guerrero on his farm Los Manantiales in Perlamayo, Cutervo, this Red Bourbon is a beautiful example of what’s possible when tradition meets curiosity. Anderson has been steadily refining his approach to farming and processing since starting in 2018—spacing plants further apart, feeding the soil based on science, and experimenting with fermentation to bring out the best in the coffee. This lot is honey processed, a method where some of the fruit is left on the bean during drying, giving the cup a more vibrant and fruity profile. In the cup, this coffee is rich, fruity, and just a little bit wild. You’ll taste notes like black cherry and panela, with a soft, juicy acidity and a smooth, round finish. It’s the kind of coffee that feels layered and expressive, but still really easy to drink. It’s a great example of how thoughtful processing and a hands-on approach at the farm level can lead to something truly special.

Milk and Honey delivers on its promise as a fine-tuned offering in our flagship Voltage line. Our roasting team carefully targets balance and drinkability, despite the ever-changing nature of coffee. Enjoyed on its own or with milk, it offers a pleasing fruit sweetness, creamy body, and a lingering dark chocolate finish that will keep you coming back for more. Milk and Honey is great as espresso, but also holds its own as a pour over or even drip.
